What I once thought an exhausting wrestling match
\nI now see as God’s loving embrace,
\nI once thought it was I holding on for dear life
\nI now see I am held by God’s grace.<\/p>\n

For so many years I’ve cried torrents of tears
\nAnd thought they were poured out in vain,
\nBut God stored each one up in a bottle
\nAnd used anguish of soul for great gain.<\/p>\n

So please dear Christian don’t give up
\nEven when things seem hopeless and dark,
\nFor\u00a0 Christ can set the whole world ablaze,
\nWith a smoldering wick and one spark.<\/p>\n
