Jesus knew from eternity,<\/span><\/p>\n

Long before time on earth began,<\/span><\/p>\n

That to ransom His dearly loved children,<\/span><\/p>\n

He would have to become fully Man,<\/span><\/p>\n

Long before sin came to plague mankind,<\/span><\/p>\n

Before Satan tempted Adam and Eve,<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus knew He would have to descend from His throne,<\/span><\/p>\n

And suffer for those who believe,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So the God-Man Jesus the Servant King,<\/span><\/p>\n

Laid His full weight of glory aside,<\/span><\/p>\n

That man would not live forever in sin,<\/span><\/p>\n

Nor in shame and fear cower and hide.<\/span><\/p>\n
