He’s a merciful God,
Heaven’s gracious King,

He rules by love,
He felt deaths’ sting,

He reigns on high,
Praise and worship bring,

As we trust and obey,
And to Jesus Christ cling.

Ceaseless Desire

Ceaseless worship from angelic choir,
Their tongues ablaze with holy fire,
Singing Christ’s glory they never tire,
Exalting King Jesus their burning desire.

The redeemed of the Lord,
Every man, woman, child,
Pouring hearts out in praise,
By His blood reconciled,
All creation joins in chorus,
Praising Jesus High King,
The curse has been broken,
Hallelujahs now ring!

In Peace, Praise and Worship

Whether lamenting in the grip of sorrow or sadness,
Or praising the Lord and rejoicing with gladness,

Like the psalms of David both now have their place,

And God can use both to show mercy and grace.

 

But a new day will dawn and is coming soon,

When all sadness and sorrow will cease,

And the meek shall inherit a kingdom on earth,

And delight in abundance of peace.

The Spirit and Son,

And the victory Christ won!

What Did I Do?

What did I do to deserve a God,
As patient and loving as You?
Nothing is the word that comes to mind,
It’s because You are faithful and true.
What did You ever see in my life,
Except for the wreckage and mess?
Lord I’m so glad to have a God like You,
Who is moved by my pain and distress.

What did I ever do dear Lord,
To deserve such wondrous grace?
Such lavish love and mercy,
That You willingly died in my place?
Why did You grant such great favor,
To one so unworthy as I?
Praise, glory and honor to Jesus,
Is my joyful and humble reply.

Whom angels worship and laud.

Lion of the tribe of Judah,
Sinless Savior- God’s Passover Lamb,
Alpha- Omega, Beginning and End,
God Almighty and Great I AM.
