Christ praised her as an example,
Of one who loved well and loved much,
Her tears washing His dirty feet,
Hand caressing with innocent touch,
Then she poured out a fragrant offering,
Etched forever in the Bible’ s pages,
And what she did for the love of Christ
Will echo throughout endless ages.

Luk 7:38  and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil.
