Whispers and Thunder

Sometimes the Almighty whispers,
Other times His voice booms like thunder,
Knowing God condescends to speak to men,
Fills my heart with sheer joy and pure wonder.

Stars and Scars

He’s as close as the softest whisper,
Yet as far as the most distant stars,
He is shrouded in a cloud of unknowing,
Yet revealed through Calvary’s cruel scars.

Eph 3:8 NKJV To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,

Self-Made

If our self-made kingdoms
Came crashing down,
Where would our help
And our hope be found?

He’s a merciful God,

He felt deaths’ sting,

Praise and worship bring,
